My computer is playing games with me .
I stack 3 or 4 1/4 pieces or plywood and use no lube . I make 15X12 Christmas trees with a nativity scene in the middle and using Olson's blades I usually use 1 or 2 blades I set my speed on a dw 788 saw at # 5 speed. in fact I very seldom exceed that speed each tree has 35 holde in them. To me speed is the digest cause of blade failure.IKE
I have done some cutting of vinyl I put painters tape on the record then the pattern I run at a 4 or 5 on my dw788 the tape helps with the melting back together
using a #3 blade.. I just haven't found any thing I wanted to cut yet.
I posted a while back that I was going to try Elmer's preposition spray glue if you are going to cut it today or you don't get finished it isn't too great. The second day the pattern came up as I was cutting. Elmer's stick glue saved the day. I now have Krylon . spray glue I know it will hold.IKE
i HAD MY SAW BOLTED DOWN BEFORE i CU MY FIRS PIECE. i LEARNED A LONG TIME AGO THAT IF YOU A ARGUE WITH A POWER TOOL YOU ARE GOING TO LOST, i LOST 1/2 OF MY SUM WITH A TABLE SAW. .

I spray to the pattern and remove with paint thinner, then clean the wood with the thine rand let dry, if there is any residue left I use the thinner on it again. No problem with sanding.
