I don't need very many new tools just getting the exaust system on my saw is my main concern. I am limited in space which makes it hard.IKE

I lay my out on a board that the pattern just fits on . I do this in groups of 5 drill the Id holes and one starting hole for the outside cuts. cut the id holes then the od then I will take my square and check the allurement of the blade, then the pieces. I use a #5 blade on both the OD and the pieces.I have tried the #3 blade but I seem to push the blade too hardd and I have a lot of sanding. Usse your saw on a higher speed which is a lot easier to cut the puzzle pieces. IKE

I had a good year with $1425 sales abd $902 profit in 6 sales Next year i want to drop one sale and get 2 in different ares of town. My Nativities sales were down, got to get different churches to go to.. IKE

I have tried a #3 blade but not with much success I use a # 5 IKE

Had my last show of the year yesterday. No pictures I forgot my camera.any way it was at my church and last year I had a $200 day, This year I didn't sell anythin or the first hour. But when the towns people. ( small church ) showed up for lunch it started happening, Between 12 and 3 i sold $285 mostly in Nativity's and dog puzzles. That is the best I have ever don there 2nd highest sale of the year.I also seen people that I only see once a year or so. A good entertaining day. IKE

One of the best buys I have is a foot peddle ., a 1" belt sander ( harbor Freight) took off the backing and it comes in handy for curved areas, I use a dremel plungh router to drill holes where the drill press wont work.. And at my age i need the lighted magnifying glass. ( at Menards for 40) The list goes on and on. IKE

I never herd that the DW 78 used d51/4 blade I use the standard %' blade. but some times it is a tight fit loading but then i have plenty of blade left over when I set the rtension. IKE

I believe that scrolleronline has a better selection than winfield.they are both the same company. you can subscribe to there catalogue. Also the wooden tddy bear has a good selection. IKE

I don't use credit cards. It's cash or by check if they ask. I have never had a check bounce If i used credit cards i would have to rase the prices by a buck and I like to keep things in the $5. $10, $.15 ect range. IKE

Good luck on your consignment . I have done several in the past (4) two were good one had a lot of things stolen and a the other one moved out taking everything that was in the shop. the law was notified but that is the far as it got. the other two I made good money at. good luck. IKE

classes are good when I started you just bought a saw and taught yourself. More difficult that way. IKE
