  1. Very Nice! Curious as to why you switched from MG to the Polar blade for the perimeter cutting

  3. Wow! That is really beautiful!
  4. I too use spray adhesive, then packing tape on top of that. When I'm done with the piece I pull off the packing tape, moisten a small sponge in MS and wipe the pattern down with that. I've ruined quite a few pieces using painters tape and having the fibers lifted, whether it be BB or hardwood. I think it was Old Hudson, or NC Scroller that said to use the sponge.
  5. My switch was acting up and installed a foot switch. Problem solved. Like Old Joe says, install the foot switch and leave the switch on. No need to change the switch.
  6. Hi Clayton. If you still want to get rid of the sanding arbors, I'd be more than happy to take them off your hands.

  7. Have to ask which nativity set? I think he has quite a few in his catalog.
  8. Yo Clockman, very cool idea indeed. How does it work, hooking up the napkins? And is this your design/idea?
  9. Really cool. Nice touch with the addition of the inlay. Gotta ask, what type of blade?
  10. Very nice!

  12. I've sold quite a few of the first pattern. I'll have to try the other two patterns. Thank you for posting them!
  13. I agree, they are bothe beautiful
  14. Thank you! I really like what you did for the mounting of the lamp.
  15. Rockytime, care to post a few pictures of how you have it mounted?
  16. The exact same thing happens to me, and I do the exactly as you do. I figured it was just one of the nuances of scrolling.
  17. I agree. But I do admit I do get some glare. I just finished a project make out of cherry. 1/2" thick, 12" wide by 20" long, using white shelf liner on the wood, then glued pattern to shelf liner. No glare, no burning, AND , no lifting of wood fiber. Plus, the shelf liner was one piece, very easy to remove and very little glue residue. I use white instead of clear because it is easier to see. I'm not a fan at all of painters tape, pain in the butt when trying to take it off delicate fret work, plus it seems to lift the fiber.

    Show setup

I really like your setup. Especially how you present the birdhouse ornaments
  19. Travis, Love the video. Thanks for the smile. Nice work Trackman, very cool
  20. Really?
  21. I too love the smell of cedar. Reminds me of Grandma's house. An old timer told me to ALWAYS use a dust mask when working with cedar. Since old timers never worried about stuff like that I figured I better heed his advice.
  22. How do you attach it to your existing table?

  24. I really like my Fein. I have it hooked up to my EX-21. Doesn't have the HEPA, but I wear a dust mask while scrolling. (Plus, I live on a gravel road, open my windows when it's nice out, have forced air heat, etc etc, so no need for the HEPA). I really like the Fein, it's about 2 feet behind me when I'm scrolling. In my opinion it's very quiet. I have a remote that I use to turn it on and off,
