Travis, I am a little confused when completing the forum for pattern shops. On choice is "Mostly Paid some Free" below is the choice "Most Paid" What the difference between the two. What is "Mostly Paid" or what.....Should that be all paid, or is that for like at Alex Fox's site he usually has a special where there is a selected pattern that you will get free if you buy two others?
That could replace the "fidget spinner". Clever. What secret took place when the video went blank for a little while? I save it, looks fun to try to make. Thanks.
I have the sanding mop and the Mac Mop from Klingspor . The sand mops are best for curves and such and are stiffer than the mac mops. I use the Mac Mops, mounted in my lathe and sand flat stock with them. I have the 4" sanding mops and the 7" Mac Mops. I use the Mac Mops the most, because I mostly do fret work.
I have found, I use different blades on my Seyco than on the Hegner to accomplish the same thing. I use more aggressive blades on the Hegner than on the Seyco.
Tony, you make it sound so simple, but I have been trying to paint a picture frame for 4 days now. I finally just decided it is good enough, but it is certainly not perfect like your painting. What brand of "rattle can" paint do you like?
Man! The painted one are beginning to look like the "finished" ones and the unpainted, look like works in progress! Great job on both, but sorry your Jan wins first place in this one. Great cutting, my friend, but ,,,, I wonder if my wife can paint. If not I'm going looking for a painting girlfriend.
The time difference is not saved on the DeWalt, you would have to spend that amount of time working on the De Walt to keep it running..... maintence, repairs,,,, Okay I'm just kidding,,,, just funning you all. Oh, crap, I am boycotted for sure now.
good idea. You must be as bad as me. When I finished building my house and moved it, my wife had to go years before I finally let her hang things on the walls. I was not going to have holes put in the walls I worked so hard to put up, tape and paint!
Ha! And I thought I knew something, but you taught me, Ray. Went and read about the clamps, never read to the last paragraph before:
"How do you easily identify which clamp is which? Small and large slot clamps both have a smooth top, but are easy to differentiate since the large slot is twice the size of the small one. The medium slot clamp has a dimple in its top so you can easily tell it apart from the others. Also, all separately ordered clamp pairs are supplied in individual bags identifying their size."
Never even notices the dimple before
