  1. Well done.
  2. Some very nice cutting.
  3. Great job.
  4. Well this is the first one I have seen posted on the Craigslists I look at. Anyone on the west side of Washington? https://seattle.craigslist.org/skc/tld/6035296110.html I also spotted this in Idaho's Craigslist. Ought to make Gator feel good, or maybe he would not sell his for that price. I e-mail and told the poster I couldn't buy it, but as a scroller I thought it was an awful good job. Got an e-mail back in short order. It was the daughter. said her parents were down sizing and had to sell stuff. Her 83 year old father made it. I don't know if he was 83 when he did it. https://eastidaho.craigslist.org/art/6039980828.html

  9. Welcome to the forum. That is a very nice piece of art you have done. I'm anxious to see more. Looks like you are a natural at this scrolling business.
  10. Kris that is awesome. It is a great movie and you honored it well.

  16. Those are great. I agree with your sister.
  17. NICE! You did a great job on it.
  18. Bought the motors off Amazon. They were a little under $12 each. I figure with all the hardware, plywood (I used scraps mostly), switch, motor and battery, I have around $20 bucks in it.
  19. Playing in the shop is my life. At 73 I keep thinking I will not live long enough to make all the things I want to try. I pretty much am a hermit because I just hate to leave the shop. My Mother-In-Law always said if there was not chocolate in heaven, she didn't want to go. I feel the same about wood working if I can't have a shop in heaven I don't want to go,,,,,, just kidding Lord...... I love the scrolling, I want to keep trying different types of scrolling. Too serious?? I don't really care, time is getting short, and I going to get as much of it as I can.
  20. Way to go, very nice cutting.
  21. http://www.lisaboyer.com/Claytonsite/robotlaboratory.htm No it was not difficult. Took me longer than it should have because I wasn't sure what I was doing, never made something like it before, but not difficult, just follow the instructions. It is about 7 1/2" at the highest point and around 10 1/2" long Thanks for the comments. It was fun, and I'm anxious to start on the other two.
  22. Well,,, got the first one running. What a fun and rewarding build.. I have two more models to go plus I have the plans for the Puffer Steam Engine... This is so much fun
