Thank you, but keep in mind, this is the first and only time so far I have tried the epoxy. I did it because I had nothing to lose, the wood is just so soft I would not be able to cut it without something to hold it together. So it is not a proven process. I am going to try it on the back of one of my next basswood projects. I do not think it is necessary on BB or probably other plywoods.

Very nice cutting, and helping me stay in the mood for a sorta Christmas theme one I an working on. I want to do some of the ornaments this year also. Hope I can do some as nice as yours.

Great cutting. Funny and maybe true, every time I read one of your posts and see your avatar, I picture you quietly sitting at the scroll saw, relaxed and calm, just scrolling away. I mean you scroll saw broke and you just move over and keep on scrolling. Most would have a paragraph or two about their darn saw that just broke.

Interesting. Our county fair is next week. I haven't been in several years, but I am going this year because I want to see what is entered in woodworking. Mainly any scroll or intarsia. I am hoping to get some names of people in my area that are interested in scrolling, make some local contacts. Maybe start a club. We have an active wood turning club and a carving club, but I can not locate any scrollers.

They are a very good company, Don. They have answered every email I have sent them. You can call them also. If there are no Ex's it is not their fault and they are not the only ones that don't have them in stock. If you don't want to wait, and I don't blame you for that, have you considered the Jet? Almost the same as the EX and same price, or close. Not sure Seyco is open on weekends. Call their number, it will give their business hours if they are not open.
