Did a look on internet for teflon coating scroll saw table. Found one posting made in 2004 and after a year of use it was still working good. Cost $25.00 then. Also found two postings about using formica. One used double sided tape and the other used contact cement. One posting stated now he did not have to worry about sweat rust. Said just wipe the sweat off the formica and keep on cutting. Larry

Also used hair dryer to heat up connection and pushed it together. Thanks for the welcome. Yep, even after reading the posts including those from the Coffee House, I joined up. To help in my decision I picked up a coin, tossed it in the air, called heads and heads it was when it landed. Now as I look at that coin, I notice it has heads on both sides. Oh well, the decision was made and here I be. (From welcome post to Denis (Looking up a bit, TWO LARRY'S omg. ) Yep TWO, we may not rock, we may not roll, but this I know, we love to scroll. Been following the posts here for sometime. Figured it was time to join so I could see the photos of the great work I have been reading about. Been scrolling close to nine years shortly after retiring from 39 years in Army and Texas Army National Guard. Have not found anything that calms me down as much as the scrolling blade cutting into the wood. Thanks for letting me sign in. Larry
