  3. Thanks for looking an the comments. I don’t know how you would make the parts for the tracks without a scroll saw. Took more time getting the tracks so they turn then doing the main body
  4. Been working on this off an on. Red Oak an Walnut. Finished by dipping in 50/50 BLO. Front blade goes up and down also the blade swivels left an right. Hardest part was making the tracks. You can’t see in pictures but the tracks are guided by wheels. The tracks turn also. Used Pegas MG #5. Used bandsaw to cut groves around the engine cover. 15”x9”x9” pattern from Toys & Joys.

  20. Put the date you made your first projects. Then look at them in a year an see how much you improved. Looks good for first time. Don’t worry about your English it is better than some Americans lol. An much better than my French.
  21. An under “blogs to follow “ there is no mention of the biggest blog writer an supporter of the scroll saw Steve Good! An the magazine an forum they have are both going down hill an seems like they don’t care enough to do any research to make both worth our time.
  22. I top feed an when I put the blade in I pull down on the blade to get all the slack out of the arm. You can do the same thing if you bottom feed by pulling up on blade. Don’t know if this will help but my EX sounds like that when the blade gets loose.
  23. Glad you are doing good. Who does the dog belong to?
  24. You burn the fuzzies on the back side that won’t show.
  25. On a pattern like this I would use a flame on low to burn fuzzes off the back. Works good.
