Thanks for the ideas. The cats have a finish on them. But I didn’t put any finish on the plywood backer. Thinking the plywood would be stable. What I get for thinking

Sounds good to me. If they keep asking you to make things tells me they like your work and price. But you are right it is hard to price things especially for friends and family. At least it is for me.

Made this sometime back an it had warped just a small amount, enough to see. I used eighth inch plywood for backer. Should I have used quarter inch instead? Or is the problem using the two different types of wood? Thanks

I like having some place to put my knees. Also the crossbar is a good place to put the feet. Have the foot switch on small stool so I can use tall chair.

Questions about a type of sander for fine fretwork

I sand before cutting. Then use a mop sander in drill press to get the fuzzy off. If a lot of detail can use a propane torch turned low to burn them off. -
Few years ago I started to give Christmas ornaments to each family in my church. These are the ones I made last year. But with the covis this year I won’t be able to do it. Church is on Facebook this season. Steve Good pattern.

Looks like a great map of the lakes! You can get to each one by boat. But easy to get lost if not careful lol. Thanks for the reply. It is fun for me to do special things like that for people.

I used shelf liner on this project. Came off in one piece. Much easier than blue tape.
