Made for my Great-grandsons! I turned the engine tanks, the stacks and even the spacer tank cars---so I got to play with the lathe and also do some scroll work. The wheels are just holesaws slugs! The only metal is the hooks connecting the cars. The letters are glued and pegged to the bases. Way too much time in it; but, still fun!

Some of us can claim a real "pyromania"; i am an ex volunteer fireman! Certified.-- Fits the dictionery definition off a pyro to the T! I do often combine wood-burning and scroll projects! -

A.K. does not know about having to take paited things into "WARM" areas to dry! In ND I had to use kitchen table more than once!

Good going! My last consignment show was a TOTAL FLOP-- The year before I had vendored the same show and it was a TOTAL flop! Not that one again! Very pleased that yours turned out well!
