  1. Travis, I just sent my patterns to you by email.
  2. First pic is of me holding my grandson. Second pic is of my son and his family. I just moved from Sacramento to Kansas City, so I could live near them. I love living here!
  3. "Scary" projects that I have done.
  4. Not an introduction, but an update. I have finally made the move from Sacramento to my new home in Kansas City, MO. My son and his family moved here a year ago, and I missed them too much to stay in California. Happy to be reunited with them and to be in our new home. Bonus feature...I now have a large indoor room for a workshop! I can't wait to get started equipping it.
  5. Thanks. That's exactly what I was attempting. The original picture really caught my eye.
  6. Dick, I wish I could take credit for the great picture at this incredible angle. It's what really caught my eye when I found the picture. I'm just a humble pattern hack.
  7. It's not to late to learn. Just takes a little instruction and then some practice. Let me know if you really want to tackle it. I'd be happy to help you.
  8. I cant' get enough of Old West art. I designed and cut this gunfight scene.
  9. I used a sheet of Plasticized paper that is kinda like wax paper, but more sturdy. I have it packed away for my move to Missouri. I will always have time to scroll. The bar will just be my secondary hobby. Stop by for a drink sometime.
  10. I cut this for my son's Fender Telecaster guitar. He requested an octopus.
  11. I cut these projects for my future VooDoo-themed bar when I move to Kansas City. The two framed pieces are back-lit with multi-colored LED strips.
  12. My son and his family moved there a year ago, and I can't stand missing out on my grandson's life. To me, KC will be the best place on earth, because that's where my family is.
  13. Hi Larry. I'm a fellow scroller, and I'm moving to the Parkville area in 6-10 months. Just wanted to say hello and ask if you have any tips for scroll saw supplies, etc. for your area.

  14. That jerk (Gov. Brown and his cronies) is a big part of why we are leaving. This place is getting downright dangerous.
  15. Thanks, Dave. I'll need a good lumber supply outfit.
  16. They're gonna have one more when I get there....I'm taking my crazy little woman with me. Haha.
  17. Hi fellow scroll saw artists. I am planning to move to Kansas City, MO before the end of this year, and I need help finding supplies outlets and local scroll saw groups. Any help will be appreciated. And if there are any fellow scrollers in that area, please let me know.
  18. Thanks, everyone. I'm glad to be a part of this group, so I can get feedback from all of you.
  19. I use GIMP a LOT. I'll try to help you as much as I can.
  20. I made this for my daughter-in-law to give to her mom.
  21. This pattern was inspired by a photo from Jess R Lee.
  22. This pattern took about 5 hours. It was quite complicated.
  23. Lew, I might publish a book of patterns someday, so I don't want to post this one. If you email me, I will give it to you. [email protected]
  24. Pattern design and cutting by me.
