  1. Yes I remember those days. My son was a #1 FAN. I remember him jumping from the back of the couch to attack the dog. I also remember telling him that if he didn't stop he would think his but had met up with Shredder. Great job and we all need something from our past to keep us young.
  2. Very nice on both of them. Seems that I have that pattern if I can ever find my books in the black hole that is supposed to be my shop!!!!
  3. Great job and even better when the wood is free.
  4. Great job on all. May you return with an empty trailer and full pockets.
  5. Very nice job on both. I am like the others on the backer boards that really works out great.
  6. AHH the good old days when you could watch a show with the Grand kids and not worry about the language. Great job on the patterns and cuttings.
  7. Great work on all. My son would go gaga for the star wars stuff. Good lock ut the show and may you come home wiyh an empty trailer
  8. I see good advice has been offered already. I too have an old delta saw. I have found slow down the speed and make sure it is mounted solid. I don't have much problems with vibrations. One good peice of advice on the band saw that I haven't seen is make relief cuts on the wood if possible. If the sew is set up close this will help a bunch. If you are trying to make tight turns 1/8" blades relief cuts and slow down should work.
  9. Cool looking little saw. I have a little Dewalt battery that I use more than any tool I have other that the battery Drill. Be safe some of the little buggers have a wicked kick back if fouled.
  10. Been 40+ years since I have been there and the memories are fuzzy (come to think of it all memories from that time period are fuzzy). Best I recall it was a beautiful place and very friendly folks.

  16. I know this question has been ask before but I haven't seen it. What is everyone's favorite wood to scroll in? I guess I would have to say mine would be aromatic eastern red cedar.
  17. Very Nice work. I just don't have the patience for that kind of work yet. Waiting to retire so hopefully I can sit still longer.
