  1. All is well, loosen the motor’s screws and fine tune it, had to move it about 1/4”. Now let’s get some projects done, still have 8 days left of self isolation.
  2. Welcome aboard, glad you found this place, it is full of nice folks and we appreciate talent like your’s
  3. No this saw stayed in my shop in the basement, I have another one that I bring with me in Florida
  4. Will get at it tomorrow, first make sure that the arm is parallel and then move the motor back and forth.
  5. Sorry to have bothered you, I finally found it.

    1. Frank Pellow

      Frank Pellow

OK, I was just part ay through getting it for you.

  6. Frank,

Could you point me to Sue Mey’s pattern for the farm scene through a window. My father-in-law was born on a farm and I’m sure he would enjoy this.

  7. Just got back from Florida for 3 months, back in my shop in the basement and my EX16 seems to have developed quite a bit of front to back movement from the blade. I think since I left her alone for 3 months she decided to punish me. Did not have time to read on it yet but since I have to be quarantine for another 8 days, it will give me lot’s of time to figure it out.
  8. You are the master of the animals puzzles, great job as normal.
  9. Welcome to the village lot’s off friendly and knowledgeable folks hear ready to lend a hand if needed don’t be scare to ask.
  10. Well good to hear that you are back now let see some saw dust art made
  11. If you used Hard maple, I would suggest to go to a #5 blades since the thickness of the wood is close to one inch. Using a #3 on maple you might force the blades a little bit too much and it will cause the cut to slanted.
  12. Another masterpiece from the KING of inlay.
  13. Just have one week left before we go back home to the white stuff, no more scrolling outside. The penny drop game seems to be popular ,made 2 so far and have order for 2 more. (Steve Good pattern)
  14. Start with easy patterns and see how fast you improve, take it slow and enjoy your progress. Understand that the reason the blades wants to go to the right of the line is because they are sharpened on the right end side only. More tension is always top priority. Must wear good face mask, protect your lungs, have a good ventilation system in your shop.
  15. Very nice Denny, the Tornado did not affect you I hope?
  16. Ordered some blades from Denny on Tuesday and received them this a.m. in Florida, great guy to deal with and great service, if you need blades go and support Denny.
  17. Great job Kevin you are a busy man, always coming up with great stuff.
  18. Not like Iggy assembly line but a good day anyway.
  19. Very nice work except for the Toronto Maple Leaves, they even got beat by a Samboni driver in the net. LOL. The sign was well done but the subject not for me. Just wait my Sens are coming.
  20. Kevin the orders will keep boring in after they see this.
  21. Pattern is from Sam Custodio and it is FREE
  22. I cut lot’s of cherry and either the FDUR # 3 or 5 , Pegas MGT #3R or 5R but also you need packing tape on top or under the wood specially cherry wood or it will leave burn marks.
  23. Well done Denny you sure keep that Pegas saw humming!!!!!!!!
  24. Got some nice weather so did a bit of scrolling.
  25. Another masterpiece
