  5. Welcome aboard great place to be and we don’t bite if you ask questions, matter of fact we like it.
  6. I wait until the glue becomes tacky before applying the clamps to it. I used Weldbond glue.
  7. No they are easy, I measured the sides and cut them with my chop saw, so it is easy to have a perfect match and I jut used my round sander to round up the edges. I also cut the hummingbird pattern from Sue.
  8. Getting things done, got a bunch of Christmas tags done, a couple of oak boxes, a wine glass tray holder and also my version of Steve Good mini nativity scene. Many more patterns to cut but not enough time in the day.
  9. My wife wanted a Kleenex box cover to match the kitchen decor, so she contacted Sue and she made the following pattern. Then the hubby went to work and now we have the result. Wife is happy and husband has a happy life LOL
  10. I cut lot’s of trivets and use 1/2” hardwood, oak, walnut, cherry, mahogany and maple as for the finish, I used Tung oil at least 3 coats and so far I never had any complaints.

  14. You always come up with something different, you are a wizard with the scroll saw.
  15. So sorry to hear about your loss, parents are not supposed to bury their kids. Like somebody else said time is a great healer.
  16. Yes sir, I have 2 EX one stay home and the other comes with me down South
  17. The shop is open again, finished some projects, some on the go and more to do. This is real busy time of the year, clean up around the house, prepare for winter and also for Thanksgiving and Christmas. We are going to Panama City Beach again this winter for 3 months, so packing to do, but there is always time to make sawdust.
  18. You always find a way to improve your marketing, great looking stuff.
  19. Real nice article and free advertising, more $$$$$ coming your way and also well deserved.
  20. I was asked to make some pins that were in fashion years ago, used to hold hair or/and shawls. Got a pattern from Sue May and made the followings. I enjoyed making them and my wife not so much of painting them. I hope the customer will be happy.
  21. I played golf with a bunch of neighbours every Monday orTuesday and at the end of the year I make something for a draw that we have at our closing of the season breakfast. This year the golfer clock is a pattern from Steve Good. One of my neighbor has grandkids and I like to cut some stuff for them, also from Steve Good.
  22. Good news glad you made it with no damages.
  23. Real nice you start you Christmas early.
  24. This is a masterpiece Dick
  25. I have Pegas Clamps on my Ex and never any problems with blades slipping, I agree with what Jim said about the set up of the upper clamp.
