  6. My wife is a butterfly lover, I saw your acrylic butterfly and just wondering if it is your pattern, or where I could get it. Might be a nice little Christmas present for her.

Hello,, not my pattern.  It is from Steve Good's site.  He has a few different ones.  I picked one that I liked and made sure that I could add a little rectangle piece to the bottom that would insert into the LED base.  Did you see the link that I included in one of my posts?  If you are intending to get the LED base for it, I would wait to cut the butterfly until you get the base so that you can measure the slot opening on the base and transfer that measurement to the bottom of the butterfly.

  8. That looks great Don, I agree 1/4” is too thick
  9. You did a great job, the picture seems to come alive. You should be proud of yourself.
  10. I bought both patterns and they are approximately 3” x 3”, I stacked cut them 3 or 4 layers of 1/8” BB plywood.
  11. Frank you can try Shoppers Drug Mart and Home depot
  12. Hope that they diagnosed it early enough that the treatment will help him, he is a great guy for our community.
  13. Had a real good day in the shop and my wife had a good day painting the COVID decorations. So far I have 56 of theCovid decorations and it might not be enough, already 21 sold.
  14. Thanks to Don in Brooklin that made the pattern for me, the lights were purchased from Amazon (Canada) https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B072Z7NX1B/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I am pleased with the way they worked, I used dowels and just wrapped the lights around it. My daughter will get this one for her birthday, Ihave already some customers that are ready to order.
  15. Bought on Amazon, just search for LED abase light
  16. That is different and well done, if the wife likes it, no more doubts.
  17. Weather here is typical fall weather, rain and not too warm, so in the shop we go. Some Christmas ornaments for COVID from Sue Mey, also a cube Kleenex box from Sue Mey, Steve Good new snow man for 2020. It has been a fun couple of days. Also I gave a try at Led Display light, patters by SteveGood also. Enjoy
  18. That did not work, but after try and error I came up with: wrap the plexiglass and the 1/8 backer in blue tape and I used the # 1 Pegas Mdg skip tooth and that worked fine.
  19. Very nice Frank it is quite better than an Hallmark birthday card.
  20. I got some plexiglass and I had to cut it 4 times before it let go, now I put the pattern in the freezer and will try it again tomorrow
  21. I agree with the other this brings the WOW, WOW and again WOW. This could become a treasure in your household, I don’t think you can put a price on this. That is a keeper.
  22. I have so many projects to do, I spent about 4 hours in the shop today. I have an order for 30 angels (3 different styles) have to get ready for Christmas inventory and many more things that I would like to cut. I really don’t like cutting the same thing over and over again ( angels) but it was requested by a very good friend and just could not say no. To take a break I cut a toothpick holder just for fun. Enjoy.
  23. They are easy to cut, I stacked cut them 1/8” BB ply 4 thick, also I did the masks by themselves, easier this way and my wife gave me a hand with the paint. She used to do toll painting.
  24. This is really a work of art, should be displayed in a museum
  25. This is very nice Dick excellent workmanship.
