Got a few more things done, winter scene from the magazine, Kleenex boxes from Sue Mey, one in red oak and one in white oak, Whitehorse scene from Canadian Magazine, Crying angel fro this site, basket from Alexfox . Enjoy. Still more to come.
Been busy in the shop lately, weather not good, golf season over until Florida in December. Cut some orders and other items for Christmas gifts or inventory.
No they are easy, I measured the sides and cut them with my chop saw, so it is easy to have a perfect match and I jut used my round sander to round up the edges. I also cut the hummingbird pattern from Sue.
Getting things done, got a bunch of Christmas tags done, a couple of oak boxes, a wine glass tray holder and also my version of Steve Good mini nativity scene. Many more patterns to cut but not enough time in the day.
My wife wanted a Kleenex box cover to match the kitchen decor, so she contacted Sue and she made the following pattern. Then the hubby went to work and now we have the result. Wife is happy and husband has a happy life LOL
I cut lot’s of trivets and use 1/2” hardwood, oak, walnut, cherry, mahogany and maple as for the finish, I used Tung oil at least 3 coats and so far I never had any complaints.
