    I use a regular blade to cut the rabbit. One cut on edge and the other on the back side.

    You sure are keeping busy Gary. If I frame a project I always make my frame. I have never used glass. I have the same miter saw as you but I think I get a better job using a sled on my table saw which I made. I also make a lot out of poplar and lacquer them black.

    I own the same miter saw and have it mounted on a cabinet with doors and drawers. I use Amana saw blades on my table saw and miter saw. They are expensive but to me they are worth it. https://www.toolstoday.com/v-10204-610800-ts.html

    This is a Steve Good pattern that I modified. I used the drops from the inlaid box to make a second box that is fret work.

    Yes. It is a super thin nail with no head. Any nail that is the right length will work. I usually put a nail from each side.

    I stack cut 5 1/8" baltic birch. I make the pieces about 1" bigger than needed and use a 28 gauge pinner in the corners. I cut them to size at the end.
