  6. Hi Don. I used a #68 HSS Twist Drill Bit. Just fit within the waste area.

  12. This is a Keith Fenton pattern, a project I wanted for Dianne. I used 1/4" Baltic Birch plywood for the top layer and 3/8" Baltic Birch plywood stained black for the bottom layer. The reason for 3/8" is so that the hanger would not poke through. Cut on the Pegas scroll saw using Pegas #1SPR MG blades. One coat of spray Shellac, sanded, a coat of spray Lacquer, sanded, and a final coat of spray Lacquer. I used tiny screw eyes to attach the panels. I did a video on attaching the panels on my YouTube channel, ArtCrafters Scroll Saw. Comments welcome.
  13. I print patterns on one piece label paper. Amazon lists it in various quantities. I bought the largest quantity at 6 cents per sheet.
