and another one is pulled into the puzzle mania You are right, they are indeed fun to cut and highly addictive. They all look great. I bow to your ability to cut them in such hard woods - Oak and yellow heart - whew - having tried to cut on both I admire your talent to do so. Out of curiosity - what blades did you use? I have done the golden but not that giraffe family yet. I did recently do the three interwoven giraffe family from an older SSWC from several years back. Need to share that here. I however have been sticking with popular wood for my puzzles. I did do the turtle puzzle in Oak and have done yellow heart before on some Intarsia but neither were woods I would willingly seek out to cut a puzzle from I don't think. Your's are awesome though. Thanks for sharing.

Another Tennessee welcome. We traveled to Scotland a several years back now (at least 7 I think.) it was beautiful area, reminded me a lot of home whi ch would explain why a lot of Scottish and Irishmen and women stopped here when they traversed across the ocean all those many years ago. I forget where all we visited now though. your owl is absolutely stunning, admired all the more due to your physical limitations that you clearly work around to do your craftsmenship admirably. So, do you create and use only your own patterns? intarsia is what brought be to the saw and this forum a little over a year ago.

Nice work to add to your Yoga series. Like Marg, I really like the use of the grains in both pieces. Yes, it is good sometimes to walk away when something is just not going the way we want/need it to and come back fresh later. Thanks for sharing.

Glad things are consistent and doing well. Are you finding that it varies week to week on the patterns sold or are you finding some consistency on what is normally sold in that regard? -
