  1. Nice work Dick, but are you sure which one is the selfie.
  2. Nic day of quality work you have crafted Kevin. I like the box. Thanks for sharing.
  3. Those autocorrects on typos can get hilarious can't they! Teach me to type on my iPad without my reading glasses late at night and not proof read before hitting "submit".
  4. Another Tennessee welcome to the Village. Glad you are joining us and look forward to to your participation and seeing some of your work.
  5. Nice work and I am sure he will treasure it for years to come.
  6. Another beautiful project you have crafted with scrolling and quilling. Thanks for showing.

Great job to go with great memories. Thanks for sharing.
  8. Those look great Denny and the final recipients are sure to love them. Thanks for showing.
  9. Look forward to seeing more.
  10. Your welcome Bill. Wow, 100 - not sure I would be up to doing 100 of those tiny ones. I stacked cut 4 earlier, those sheep or cow and baby Jesus or pretty darn small! My husband wanted to know how I saw to cut them, and you sure want to make sure you have the hole covered on the table top! Was trying to decide if I was going to cut more and use as family Christmas ornament gift but even if I did, it would be no where near 100! If you do 100, I want to see a picture of them all! i like Dan @dgman‘s jig he made for alignment of the stable and the roof pieces. Definitely be good if you are going to do 100. Thanks Dan for the tacky glue idea, I used Titebond wood glue but will try that as will probably setup quicker.
  11. @Be_O_Be Thanks for showing some of your wife's handiwork. She too makes some beautiful things. Good luck with that show in December. Like you, I have learned that I tend not to want to make the same thing over and over again. I also have not really sold anything - give it away to family and friends or it piles up in my work room. One day I may try and see if anyone else is interested.
  12. Nice work Ed and I know that the family will treasure it. It is very kind of you to do that for a young lady and her family. You said she was on your daughter's "College Team" - what sport does your daughter play? Mine played Volleyball for a DIII college. She finished her career 2 years ago now - I miss watching her play. I lost my Dad when he was 52 - i was 26. No matter their age or yours, it always hurts to lose your parents. You have made them something to help them remember him. thanks for showing.
  13. @Bill WIlson here you go: http://scrollsawworkshop.blogspot.com/2019/10/download-below-sometimes-we-need-simple.html He posted it on Sat., Oct. 5th, 2019 so a little more than a week ago. Have fun making some.
  14. Nice work and some people are going to be very pleased with their Christmas Gifts from you. Thanks fo showing.
  15. Nice work @MrsN Katie by both you and your niece. Prayers said for your family as they deal with your nephew's health concerns. Good that you were close in location so your niece could come to visit and craft with you. Looks like you were well supervised. My golden retriever does not like to come out to the shop with me. I think its too loud for her perhaps.
  16. Hello Bob and another Tennessee welcome to the village. Look forward to your participation and seeing some of your work.
  17. Excellent job. You have made one happy wife no doubt. Now you need to make her a box with that inlaid in the side or its lid. So what type of craft work does she do? Does she sell your handiwork through her site as well? Thanks for showing.
  18. More beautiful pieces, whatever they may be called. If you call them, decorative vessels you can sell them for more money.
  19. Nice work, always bonus when the wife loves your work. thanks for sharing.
  20. First, beautiful job on these. Thanks for sharing. Second, you noted you “watch” for the “ads for a 40% off coupon.” Not sure what “craft store” you were referring to, and which ones you might have in your area (or anyone else reading) but wanted to say in case you were unaware that almost all of the craft stores have weekly email coupons or coupons online on their websites for at least 40% off, often 50% and on occasion, more. Also, many of them will take their competitors coupons. You can usually sign up online or in store to get the emails but if you don’t want the daily emails some of them generate, you can usually logon to their website and locate that week’s coupon. In my area, we have Michaels, JoAnn’s, AC Moore and Hobby Lobby and they all have a weekly coupon and will take the other’s. Some will let you use one of theirs, and then some competitors in same transaction. (Not on same item, but different items. You just have to ask.) just wanted to let you guys know that if you were unaware. I know sometimes in my area, there are no printed coupons but I always get one by email almost weekly from all of them.
  21. Nice work Dan. I always love all these pieces of things you just “throw” together. You get some neat ideas for sure. Thanks for sharing.
  22. Nice work on both pieces Edward. Looks like several of us (me included) have been drawn to that small nativity piece from Steve Good. Is yours the smaller one out of 1/8” or the middle out of 1/4”? I have three of the middle ones cut out and 4 stacked up to cut of the smaller 1/8”. I’m just slower then some of you guys to getting around to it all! Hopefully mine turn out at least half as good as yours. Thanks for sharing,
  23. Well now at least we know where you have been it is beautiful and I am sure your sister and her granddaughter will love it. Thanks for sharing.
  24. Great work Barry. I loved it the first time you showed it, these are just as great as well. I can see why you are getting more requests for more. I originally thought that you had scrolled the lettering as well, I have had electronic die cutters for over 13 years now (my last addiction before I found the Scroll Saw 3 years ago - had the first original Cricut and a ton of cartridges and then went on to other cutters and programs to do my own stuff.) a lot of Scroll patterns can easily be cut in paper and vinyl with those machines. Same for the paper and vinyl designs you can find for those machines. You and your wife make a great team.
  25. More good work Kevin, glad you had a Sunday Fun Day. I did too, even got a little time on the Saw this afternoon which has been a bit scarce of late I am afraid. Hope to get some more out there next couple days and then maybe I will have a few things to share. Thanks for sharing yours.
