  1. Yes Marge it does. In my opinion it comes off better and leaves nothing behind. Just try it. If you don't like it you only lose 6 or 7 dollars. Just send what you don't like to me or Iggy.
  2. Pen looks good Roly but pickled onions not so much.
  3. Welcome Frank. From looking at your pictures you may be able to teach us a few things. I hope we see you posting every day. PS - The reason you pictures are loading sideways is because your holding your camera sideways. I just couldn't resist saying that.
  4. Back in the day when it seemed everyone smoked I would see a lot of burn marks on wood tables and bars. None of them caught fire. Fire takes the path of least resistance so the tobacco will burn but the wood won't. Now I don't want anyone to lay a lit cigarette down on a wood table and go to bed.
  5. Very nice Jim. I just love cutting these puzzles.
  6. Great detail Kevin. I just love it.
  7. Like Larry said all ashtrays should have burn marks. You could use epoxy I think that would hold up and you could clean it. I would use a black or clear epoxy. You could also use a wood like "hard maple" but the burn marks would look ugly.
  8. No Brian that was not me but I wish it was. What was the craft fair named? I know they have a lot going on in Franklin. Almost every week it seems.
  9. Well Wayne there is Noah's Ark. He had a pair of every living thing on earth. Then there is when Jesus was born. They had animals in both cases. I know you already know that.
  10. Yep we will be seeing your work on here for a long time. You are like me Bryan """" HOOKED"""" Don't you just love it?
  11. Hey Brian, I spent around 30 or 40 minutes on your site the other night and I love what you do. Iggy said he was going to get all of us hooked on puzzles and I think you are helping him. I know I am hooked.
  12. Iggy sent me a copy of a pattern that he altered and it looks really good. I hope to cut it tomorrow. It was warm today and I did stuff outside. Also in his post on how he goes about scrolling his puzzles he said he uses Duck Brand Peel N' Stick Laminate Adhesive Shelf Liner. I bought some at Walmart and it works great. No more painters tape or packing tape.
  13. I bet someone will come up with a fix and get rich. If I was smart I would.
  14. I see on the net selling puzzle pattern books. The price per pattern is pretty good but would be getting ripped off? As an example I picked this one out. I see it a lot. https://www.amazon.com/Animal-Puzzles-Scroll-Saw-Second/dp/1565233913/ref=pd_sbs_14_img_0?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=ZXETG90WQJCQ13HAP6VE
  15. I will remember this for sure. Thanks.
  16. I might be wrong but it looks like to me you would have the blade clamped in the holder then insert the blade and blade holder in the SS. Then rotate the blade up through the slot in the table until it stands straight up then insert it into the hole in the bottom of your project. Wala your done. Whew!!!.
  17. Hope you had a great Christmas Travis, I know I did.
  18. Right back at you Ed. Now we have to get busy taking down all the Christmas decorations.
  19. Thank you very much. I just sent you a message. Merry Christmas
  20. Kris all I have to say is WOW. Merry Christmas
  21. I agree with Dan, I bet it's not tight enough. Tighten it up till you can play it like a banjo. Merry Christmas
  22. Yep I agree with JT.
  23. Dave come to my house and I will let you try my EX out. No problem. I really think you will like it I know I do. I bottom feed and I can't see me getting down where I can see to insert the blade every time I put the blade in another hole or change blades. I am just an old **** and getting older. Merry Christmas
  24. Jerry I wish you and your family a great Christmas.
  25. I made these out of Alder and they are 7/8" thick. For a finish I used Watco Danish oil. Alder seems a little harder than pine which I used for my first dog. These puzzles are a lot of fun to make and are going to friends as Christmas presents. Merry Christmas
