  2. This took a while. These patterns are alway tough for me. Not happy with the color, I wanted a much darker burgundy but it is what it is not. I made two so Ill try a different color on the other one.

  4. Found this pattern on the internet. If Daniel is a member of the village, thank you sir! I really like this. The acrylic is actually pieces from an old X-ray view box that I found at the hospital where I work.
  5. Got to sand and glue these but I like them the way they are. Steve put this pattern out a few days ago and I thought it was cool!
  6. I’ve posted these before so I guess these will look familiar to some. That deer really needs some help! I think I cut it around 2011, which is when I first started scrolling. The Sue Mey nativity scene was cut just before Christmas.
  7. it was just some cheap stuff I got at lowes so I'm not sure.
  8. paint!!! got some errors to cover!!
  9. a While back I found this pattern on the internet but couldn’t open the file type it was formatted. I got you great people involved and it was opened, turned into a pdf and jpeg files and I got my pattern. Just finished cutting it and now letting the glue dry. I’m not patient enough to wait till it’s finished before showing it. I’ll paint it once glue is dry and I have the time. Thanks again to everyone that helped me getting that pattern opened!
  10. Steve posted this little wine rack today. I thought it was simple and cool so I made it to pass on to someone. Not sure how sturdy it will be, don’t have any wine bottles to try it out. I’m more into the square bottle stuff!
  11. Welcome from Alabama!

  16. I can see these boxes as maybe a candle or light holder, maybe even something to put remotes in. Who knows. Wife wanted me to make them as a Christmas gift for her mother. Pretty cool!

  18. Got this pattern off the internet. Trinket boxes! Cool little box!
  19. This is how It looks finished. I went with danish oil on the wood.
  20. Finished cutting this yesterday. Think I’ll frame this one. Charles did a good job creating this one for sure. Any opinions on what stain to use?
  21. One of Mr. Good’s newer patterns. I thought it was neat. The wife loves horses so maybe I’ll get a brownie point. The base is a piece of and old plum tree limb. One is before I stained it and sprayed it with polyurethane.
  22. I did this a few years ago when Kenny Hopkins put out this free pattern. The wood was something I found and chipped some when I took the tape off. I believe it captures farm life as I remember from my childhood.
  23. Let your wife and daughters know that blades are also good gifts, great stocking stuffers, too!
  24. The outer ring was just another cut. Then you lay it on top to cover the slots where the leaves are inserted.
  25. This is from the same pattern book I posted from earlier. Can’t remember what site they were on. Regardless, the wife loves them so that what counts!
