  8. I recommend a nice crimson and white color for it!! RollTide !
  9. I did use baltic birch 1/4 thick that I bought at Home Depot. The pattern was a free pattern i found on the internet. I didn’t plan on lining it but that is a thought. I did line the top so it would fit inside the walls so the top would stay on. I did use a dremel and stone on some of the areas. I also used an emery nail file that i cut to size on the tighter areas. Thanks for all the nice feedback!
  10. it took a few days, but I only get a hour or so to cut during the week. The sanding and staining took longer than the cutting.
  11. My first jewelry boxes. This is how they looked after I cut them and after sanding and staining.
  12. I guess they are just things you hang on the wall like DWSUDEKUM said. It’s how they were titled on the pattern.
  13. Is anyone else out there fan of this kind of stuff? If so, share them! I’d love to see other types of wall pockets.
  14. This was one of my first projects. Don’t on cheap plywood. I did a lot of small projects just to learn how to turn the wood, which never worked out for me. I didn’t think I was ever going to get it, then I learn to use spirals. Everything got easier for me. Then after listening to some of the YouTube shows, I found that I was not alone and others used spirals too. Then I got a better saw, dewalt, which changed the whole game and really made it easier!!!
  15. I hung crown molding yesterday for my wife’s dad. Thats all the cutting i’m Doing.
  16. you smell that? Smells like some one died!
  17. My first comment is “Roll Tide!!” Your scrolling is cool. I have a few friends that would love it.
  18. I’ve cut that country scene. Never thought to add colors to it. It’s awesome the way you did yours.

  20. I couldn't agree more @Scrappile!!
  21. I forgot to mention that the pattern for my shelves came from finescrollsaw.com.
  22. That Viking looks like it would be tough!
  23. Ok, how about something you cut that was challenging?
  24. So, what is the most difficult scroll saw project you have done? These were tough for me because of their size, 40”x22”, and I had to cut the mirrors myself, which I wasn’t experienced in.
  25. Welcome sir!!! Nice work!!
