  1. I have used the FD Penguin Silver Reverse for about four years. Specifically the # 1 for my fretwork. I also use the # 5. These are my favorite blades although I do use a few Pegas MG # 3 and # 5. I still always go back to the FD. Just my personal preference. Happy Scrolling grizz
  2. Very ingenuitive Paul. Thinking out of the box grizz
  3. Randy that's a really nice piece. Wish I was that talented. grizz
  4. I actually had this problem when the plastic adjustment screw in front of the lever worked loose and turned itself down a quarter turn or so and made it hard to push the lever forward. May not be your problem but wouldn't hurt to check. Hope it just needs grease. grizz
  5. My green EX that is six years old also came with the swivel ends as did my Dewalt before that. My new Seyco St also has them. grizz
  6. Paul have you tried gel super glue i have had good luck with it on small projects. Seems pretty strong.
  7. I do the same thing Iggy does in fact that's where i got the idea. Made a rack similar to his, dip them in food safe mineral oil. Dip the whole puzzle and lay on the rack to let dry. I let mine sit about four days but you can take them off quicker if you want to wipe off excess. Using Poplar wood.
  8. I have also been using Pegas #3 MG on my puzzles they work great and last longer. I tried the Olson Mach 5 but it was no where near as smooth. Somertimes also use the Flying Dutchman FDUR #3 to cut the outer areas.. Not quite as sharp as the Pegas but for me I seem to cut straighter.
  9. Thank you for the information on the choking hazard logo. I replied not knowing I had to get on here again to reply. My reply went to the administrator Sorry. I like the sticker idea as I have a couple hundred puzzles already shrink wrapped. I will look into those. I primarily make Christmas ornaments so I am going to display some kind of warning on those as well to cover myself somewhat.

    Thank You for the information

    Happy Scrolling
