  11. Kevin you are very sweet. This was an easy project, just the painting is very time consuming.

  14. You’ve made some great pieces!!! I particularly like the look of the gun holster.
  15. I used acrylic paint, had to mix most of the colours to get all the different shades. I used brushes that I got from IKEA years ago. Wonderful little brushes the bristles don’t come loose and there are next to no stroke lines.
  16. I wanted to post it as you suggested, but I wasn’t able to do it that way on my phone. Wasn’t able or couldn’t figure out how. Sorry. I used fabric because I thought it would soften the piece and make it more appealing. Putting the fabric on the backer was extremely easy.I glued the fabric to the front then fastened the head to the backer with a brad nailer nailing into my spacers then attached the back fabric.
  17. Thank you everyone for the kind comments. This was a very fun piece to do.
  18. WPAP is an abbreviation and stands for “Wedha’s Pop Art Portrait “. I made this French Bulldog WPAP style. Cut on 1/4” bb ply 215 pieces 86 different colours. I created the different levels by using a glue gun and glueing it where I wanted it. I attached a few spacers so that the head would sit off the backer. The backer is 1/8” bb ply covered front and back with cloth material. The 19 X 17” frame is made from wooden laths glued together.
