  1. Thanks Frank!
  2. I've had my Dewalt for about a year now and haven't done any maintenance on it, except waxing the table. It stills runs very good with no problems. I do remember seeing a tutorial here about how to care for the Dewalt's. Anyone have it handy?
  3. My uncle and I made those back in the mid 90's. He sold them at Flea Markets. We had a pear shape one, a full heart, half heart for the wall, I think a full circle and a half circle. I also made some round ones into wishing wells. They sold good. We mostly used Cedar.
  4. Looks delicate and very nice!
  5. It looks good. I think the background on the one that I have saved is blue.
  6. My version of the Santa truck by Steve Good. I didn't care for the reindeer on the side but didn't want to leave it blank. The wife printed out the words on her Cricut. I have a couple more in the works. One made from BB ply that the wife wants to paint and another made from old grey pallet wood. Man this Maple was hard to cut! I have cut Maple before but it was't this hard to cut. I tried several different kinds of blades. Maybe it is Hard Maple? Is Hard Maple actually harder to cut than Soft Maple?
  7. Nice! I just saw that Superman pic on my Pinterest page 2 minutes ago that I saved a while back.
  8. That is awesome! Let me ask you this... for all of the small holes, did you use a spiral? I am in the middle of cutting out a Santa and started off using a spiral for the small holes but quickly switched to a flat blade.
  9. That is cool as can be!
  10. I placed one last week and she told me today would be their last day. I sent a Good Luck and a Thank You email to them a couple of days ago.
  11. I printed that a little bit ago myself. I didn't care for the red backer on Steve's site. But now that I have seen yours, the red looks good. I plan on using Maple for the truck like you did but will probably also cut one out of Walnut. Very nice nice cutting by the way!
  12. I like it! I thought about doing that pattern. I like that Steve has the Christmas tree in the bed, but was't sure about the red background that he had. oops, that was a slightly different pattern that I was referring to.
  13. Thanks everyone! Tried out a couple of new blades on this one. FD puzzle blade and a FD 2/0,, ended up going with the 2/0.
  14. I like them both! Are the patterns available?
  15. Heard a noise and a got a glimpse of a dark shadow going across the sliding door, got up and looked outside and saw this. One of Harvey's patterns.
  16. ..and cheaper than the ones that I linked from Rockler.
  17. Every time someone cuts this piece I say that it is on my list to do,,, I don't think I'll ever get it done! Very nice btw!
  18. Here ya go, they come in a few different sizes. https://www.rockler.com/shop?w=spray+booth
  19. Thanks! I agree completely.
  20. Thanks Kevin,, I'm giving him this one for free but I stacked cut 2 so I have another that I can put together and hopefully get some money out of it! LOL
  21. Thanks! That's what I was going for with the brass looking Chicago screws and chain. I thought about some kind of fringe or material hanging down off of it,, I'm sure that there is a name of what I'm talking about.
  22. Thank you,, I often wonder how different my life would have been if I would have gave in to that recruiter that was chasing me my senior year of high school!
  23. Thank you. I pick apart everything I make!
  24. Thanks Bobby!
  25. Thanks, I wanted something different than just having it hang on a wall.
