  1. I have a 12' x 22' shop. It started out as a 12' x 14'. When I added 8' to the length of it I cut out a doorway which is about in the middle. I have the old part, the 12' x 14' insulated on the walls and ceiling and have a window a/c unit in it. On the doorway separating the two rooms I have a clear shower curtain, it may sound funny but there is a 20° difference between the 2 rooms. I know that my "rigged contraption" doesn't help you in your situation, but it may give you some kind of idea.
  2. Nope,, I wouldn't have even attempted it! LOL But it came out very nice.
  3. I like it! Don't remember seeing that pattern on Steve Good's site.
  4. That is very nicely done! I love flags and Eagles. I have one of each tattooed on my arm.
  5. I like it! It's on my list of things to try.
  6. I might give these a try. As it is, when cutting bigger pieces I have the saw throat to deal with, my belly, and the current mag/light. With these I would only need to worry about the throat and my belly being in the way!
  7. You would think that I would learn that! Now I have another guy wanting 2 of the Angels.
  8. Just the angels and cross/heart didn't look complete. I added the Walnut and cut the cross out in it. Looks better this way in my opinion.
  9. Very cool! I want to do one of these scenery patterns so bad. Approx how long did it take to cut?
  10. Thanks Scrap!
  11. He must of thought so too,, he bought them both today. Thanks.
  12. Thanks!
  13. Thanks Marg! We are about 98% finished with the kitchen. I still have to do a tile backsplash.
  14. Thanks!
  15. Thanks rjR!
  16. Thanks! I got the pattern from Sue Mey's website.
  17. Thanks to bobscroll for some awesome patterns! I made this out of some leftover flooring just to see how it would turn out. I plan to make several of these signs of my hometown (this sign), my current home town and everyplace my wife and I have vacationed. I will hang them up out on my back porch up on a big Cypress beam that goes clear around the porch. I probably won't use this flooring material, too hard to cut for one and not weatherproof. Although the area that I will hang them is out of the direct elements. I will probably use Cedar. Thanks again, Bob!
  18. Not sure how I managed to post this same thing twice! Sorry for the duplicate post.
  19. Haven't done much cutting lately. Just finished installing new kitchen cabinets and counter tops. That will take up a whole lot of your time,, and money! I made one of these earlier this year for a neighbor to give to his church. Showed some people the pic of it and a guy at work wanted 2. Baltic Birch plywood on a piece of Walnut.
