    Anyone considered the battery powered route. I don't mind putting money into portable power tools. I've seen articles on table saw, miter saws that are battery powered. I'm hesitant on battery powered stationary tools. Larger investment, but if the battery can't be found in later years, its a large paper weight with a blade. Seen lawn equipment, snow equipment go the route of battery power. Lawn mowers, leaf blowers, snow throwers. Grew up yanking on a cord to start a gas engine, ran forever. Just not sure the investment will last more than a year or two. RJF

    Bit of wood filler can fill in those carvings in the side of the table. Make it nice and smooth. RJF

    Finally got on today, was suppose to go the the VA for my monthly labs, 'life time med thing' Roads are too icey so it was easier to put it off and hang out. Thank you Travis.

    There are a whole slew of home air coolers using styrofoam ice chest, and 5 gallon buckets. Basic design is a bucket of ice water with salt. Put a coil of hose or small cooper pipe in the bucket, add a mini pump. Take the rest of the coil and put it in front of a fan. Water is circulated in the closes loop hose coil, pumped between the cold ice and in front of the fan. See this used for broken car air conditioners, personal coolers and room coolers. Size can vary from mini to major tank size and scrape parts can help on cost. RJF

    Could be years to have a collection of chips or months. Just seems to be a added task to clear wood chips. With the suction, may never happen. RJF

    Wonderful design, well thought out. One area to keep an eye on are any 90 degree bends in the hose. It slows the air flow and can be a collection point for any wood chips. Any plumbers on this board can chime in' I'm using theories of drainage design. I believe the sewage plumbing has several low degree elbows worked in rather then a 90 degree bend. RJF

    Take the cans back. Buy some more beer. Have some more beer and consider cutting those cans, or return them for further consideration. RJF

    I'm sitting in a hotel room still trying to get a house. Don't have any glue available. I seem to remember there is an expiration on glue bottles. They have a shelf life and are suppose to be pulled from shelves or shops cause they won't work as designed. RJF

    I would guess sash cord would take a bit of weight. More then a little scroll sign. RJF

    Didn't see any one list using a keyhole. One method is a keyhole bit for a router or dremel. No hardware other then the screw or nail in the wall. RJF
