  1. Wow! Nice cutting. The thickness of the wood gives it a lot of depth.
  2. Beautiful piece. Outstanding job!
  3. Great job on all of them. Hope the Flea Market is a success for you!
  4. Can't remember exactly when I downloaded it from Steve Good's files. Had to be within the last couple months. I just check and it is still there. I typed "butterfly" in the search area and it was listed there. If you have trouble finding it, let me know and I'll send you the PDF file.
  5. Beautiful piece. I don't think I could get that accurate of cuts even with the table saw. You nailed it!!!
  6. Never heard of the band but your cutting on the saw was excellent. Best of luck with your treatments. Hope your recovery is quick and painless.
  7. Excellent artistry, Frank. Yes, that would be difficult to frame... unless you added an additional backer board. Hope you post a picture if you add the lighting.
  8. Very clean cutting. The two tone backing really brings it out. Nice job!
  9. Very nice cutting. That looks like it might be 1 X material. Seems to give it more illusion of depth.
  10. Very clean cuts. Even though it isn't finished the black makes the Rottie pop. And if anyone broke into my home with my dogs standing guard, they would drown. They would get slobbered to death. No, they are not bull dogs or St. Bernards, they are a long haired Chihuahua and Papillon. (The fear!!! Being licked to death!)
  11. This is another repeat cut for me as it was commissioned. Another Steve Good pattern cut from a 1 X 12 pine finished with natural stain and multiple coats of clear gloss lightly sanded between each coat. The back is 1/4 ply painted black. I used a Pegas #2/0 spiral and #3 MFG. This was really my first experience with the spiral blade. It took some getting use to but eventually got the hang of it. I did notice cutting pine the blade would pause and then advance quickly then pause again as it traveled through the grain in the board. I also noticed you would have to be careful not to let the blade drift with the grain rather than following the line. Anyway, this catches me up on my commissions. Next weekend I'm cutting something I've been wanting to cut.
  12. Prayers for his family. His avatar picture reminded me so much of a good friend locally to me. I believe I associated this with Les and considered him a good friend. He always was positive in his comments. Hope his wife is doing okay. My prayers are with her also!
  13. Very nice, WolfmoonCT. The green was what stood out for me in the small picture. After clicking the thumb nail the larger picture really allows the colors to stand out. I bet it is awesome in person. Great job!
  14. Very nice Tbow. I've had a bit of Christmas bug nagging at me also. Been looking at 3D ornaments.
  15. I started this project almost 2 months ago but had to set it aside after a few issues required me to remodel my bathroom and then I had to complete 2 commission projects. This is a Steve Good pattern and is cut with 1/4 Birch using Pegas 2/0 MFG. The back is 1/4 ply. The front is finished with natural stain while the back is finished with dark walnut. It then received several coats of clear gloss. The fine cuts were a little tricky and I had to keep reminding myself to let the blades do the work and not push it.
  16. I posted these two projects previously but they were a smaller version. I was commissioned to do these in a larger size. Both are Steve Good patterns and were cut from 1 X 12 pine with 1/4 backing. They were both stained with natural Minwax and 3 coats of clear gloss.
  17. You may not be a toy maker but I sure don't see any problems with this one. Fantastic job.
  18. Don't watch the program... (don't watch much TV anything), but the cutting is very nice. I take it a spiral blade was used at some point in this project.
  19. Those colors are spot on. Outstanding job.
  20. Nice scrolling with very clean cuts. Well done!
  21. Great job on all three, Frank. But better yet, I'm glad you're able to get back on the saw..
  22. Awesome job. I'm sure your cousin will be pleased.
  23. Like everyone else, I like them both. If I had to chose one or the other, I would take the pumpkin over the other.
  24. Neat box, Pete. Great job.
  25. Nice cutting, Charlie. Lot of delicate pieces in that cut.
