  1. Nice, I need something like that with a bungee, ie,where did I put the phone, shop?car? bedroom ? etc,etc
  2. What I did was received the stick and the instructions advised to copy it to your hard drive,you need a lot of space, I copied it to a external hd,and the image and pattern are available. I don't think my computer can handle a download that large, there's a lot of patterns on there.
  3. This one was made to be part of a rc crawler corse l built over the winter this is from the flash drive. .
  4. I have been working on the shelf project from the flash drive I purchased. I will post a picture when finished, Steve Good left a memorial gift for all of us to enjoy,that's what I will remember as I enjoy his patterns, I find enjoyment on putting my own thoughts on his patterns. I hope this doesn't undermine his talents.

  8. I hope Steve is on his way to recovery, but just wanted to comment that I just received his flash drive and was amazed by the patterns that I looked at and only touched the surface, thanks for the tip,I didn't know this was available, he is a very gifted artist.

  14. A Steve Good pattern, finished a fun project, learned a lot from other members
  15. What I ended up doing is cutting two stripes on the table saw,I have a slider board and a zero clearance set up and I will mend the strips to the finished cuts,I am trying to save the work already done.
  16. Working on a Steve Good pattern that has a frame,the butterfly clock,I did ok cutting the top and bottom, but getting the sides in a straight line is a bit challenging. I was thinking about cutting two strips and attaching them to the sids.
  17. Many thanks for the replies, I may have some of the mdf plywood in with the stuff,but I learned a lot about materal,in just asking.I will try some from Oochoo on a future project, not sure if there is any other suppliers around Ft.Wayne Indiana.

Not being able to tell what I have, I can only guess if it is good quality ply or cheap stuff,I am working on a project from Steve Goods patterns, by the way is their a way to donate to his site without going through pay pal? For the face I will use half in hard maple and purple heart on another part.Making the butterfly clock.
  20. It could be the material or the wood has been setting around for some time, I noticed the top ply coming loose on the project I was cutting, can ply wood go bad after sitting around? It never has gotten wet I will sand a sample and see.
  21. I was given a bunch of things ply wood pieces ,I noticed tearing on the top and bottom layers ,would it help to treat the wood with something before cutting?
