    Wonderful looking Portrait. You did a Outstanding job of cutting this. Did you ever get a lil exhausted of changing the blade so many times? I remember one I did very simular to yours. Thought I would Never finish. LOL

    Got caught inbetween projects and seen this on Steve Goods Forum and had lots of spare small pieces of wood. So decided to get away from Portraits etc. and give this a go. Well I Really Enjoyed this project. In fact I would just Love to run across other patterns like this. Hint....LOL All made of Good Ole Pine. Hope you enjoy viewing it. Danny :+}

    Well I NEVER had any Luck with Spirals, so just wrote them off and stayed with my FAVORITE BLADE FD-UR #1. Stack 1/8 four up or 1/4 two up or up to 3/4 soft wood like Pine, Popular....There is VERY, VERY little FUZZIES on the bottom layer Ever. My 2 cents.... Danny :+}

    Dan this is a Great Topic.... Used to be a Stand Up Scroller and back then (younger) seemed like I kept a making saw dust for I would guess a hour, but a few years ago I set my saw up on a table and started sitting down. Very Comfortable lean back chair with thick cushons. Now it seems like I only continue to cut for maybe 30 mins. or so. Like I read above. Give the ole eye balls a rest. And always feels good to stand up for a spell. And that my Friends is my 13 cents worth. Danny :+}

    AND A GREAT BIT....Thank You....to everyone for their Kind words. Always is nice to read them. A Good Friend gave me sent me this pattern back when I first got started cutting Crosses and asked for any patterns. I have the pattern in my file....so if anyone would like me to sent them a pattern just send me a email and I shall reply with it. Just Love this Forum................Danny :+}

    Heres sort of a Different View for Crosses. I simply Love the Design. My Wife said she I showed her that She wants one for herself. (meant no selling) I cut stack of 2 out of 1/4 BB. No Finish yet. To Dang Cold. Well my usual I shall look forward to reading the Replys....Good or Bad.... :+} I am ALWAYS on the look out for real nice Crosses. Hard ones that have Many inside cuts.     I did buy my supply last year off EBAY, but Stationary stores like STAPLES or OFFICE DEPOT sell it. LARRY.... Yes I use a InkJet Printer and the top of the sheet is same as normal paper. Prints Great. Wanna THANK all for you Warm and Kind comments. Just love being a part of this Scroll Saw Forum. Danny :+}

    Hey Friends.... Want to Thank All for your Input into this subject. I Enjoyed some Humor in some posts and DICK your thoughts really sound like a Good One. Think about packing them up and hiding them and say my GREAT-GREAT-GREAT-GREAT GrandChildern run across them and I would love to be a fly on their wall and see and hear their feelings and expressions. LOL I have thoughts about using the Pictures for JIGSAW puzzles. NG has always prided itself with Quality Photagraphy. Oh well guess I shall just continue making sawdust and trying to get rich selling them. LOL Thanks again guys..................................Danny :+}

    Hey Everyone.... This first pic. is the Paper pattern that was used to cut the Cross. I am SO AMAZED at using the Adhestive Back Paper. As you can see with just a minute of light heat the pattern lifted off in one piece. Always does. There is NO GLUE RESIDUE left on the wood what so ever. Cool....Yea! Less work. I spent around 4 days off n on to cut the Cross due to it just being to dang cold out thar. Come on Spring. Pattern stayed on perfectly. Anyway this Cross is from SSWC Mag. Think Jim Nelson designed it. Was a simple pattern as not many Pointed cuts. Enjoy.... Danny :+}

    HOPE THERE IS SOMEONE HERE THAT KNOWS LOTS ABOUT THIS MAG. Years ago my Father In Law lived with us and sibscribed to it. He's been gone a long time now. I ran across a full box of National Geographic Mags. dating from 1981 thru 1989......They are all in Mint Condition. Any offers of advice or help would be Appreaciated. Thanks in Advance....
