Generally speaking, you don't need a drill bit for every size blade.
The smallest drill bit you need is one that accomodates your smallest blade you will need.
I have .68, .60, .54, ... 1/16 and standards....
I never thought about 'random' drilling, I usually drill a series of 20 or so.
I plan where I drill. It must be the 'small ' cuts or the ' hard ' cuts first.
Could never continually cut for hours, ... I can do 5 or 10 cuts and then
do something with a different project...
Well by golly, ain't chore wurst either.
The letters all look good to me.
I think the decision on the quality lies in the hands of " Jaudy Ann "
I would think she will be quite pleased.
Roly, That is a nice sign for your garden. I like it with the letters standing out.
I think the board would be better with a tint of green.
The font is so perfect.
OK Steve. You can't just show those and say,' Look what I did. '
What wood did you use? Are they your own patterns?
How thick?

Driveway looks great. Pavers and painted?
The following is just my opinion and is in no way proven or been verified by any quality controlled process.
I use Minwax but I think Roly has the best and easiest method.
