  1. Hang on Keefie...I'm just looking for my passport.
  2. Good to hear all's going well, Travis. Keep us informed if you will. Kindest Regards, Nick.
  3. Hey Mahendra. I love our baby Lord Krishna. Something I will get round to cutting very soon, I'm sure. Well done. Nick
  4. My pleasure, buddy. Anything else...feel free to ask.
  5. Good job, Tdub. Probably for the best that I didn't see this thread until now...I would have gone for the least obvious line - dropped all of the others, and cut it whilst pressing on the larger area. Maybe it's just me, but if my heart isn't racing, I'm not happy with the result. A little foolish I know, but it always comes good (up to now anyway)! Great cutting and keep up the good work. Kindest Regards, Nick.
  6. Good to hear from you, Clayton. I know only too well (going through something similar at the moment). Family first, and catch up with us when you can. I'm sure I can speak for many of us here, when saying I hope that all goes well for you and your family. Kindest Regards, Nick.
  7. Thanks, everyone. All of your opinions are valuable to me - particluarly when I am over-critical. It's quite grounding to hear the words of the experienced.
  8. Hey Tdub. As the others have mentioned, the quality is not great. I've played around with it for a while, to try bringing the detail to the foreground. It's probably the best it will get (detail wise), although you may want to try adding a little hair, where the mobile phone was. Unfortunately, this is just another one, of the all-too-many tragic incidents...where I can do nothing more than help here. Any other problems, feel free to give me a shout. Deepest Sympanthy, Nick.
  9. Hi Tdub. A little busy at the moment, but if you hang on, I'll put some time in on it, in the morning. I'll be back to you soon. Kindest Regards, Nick.
  10. Thank you so much for your kind comments, everyone...It's always nice when others like my work. It usually starts with a few simple ideas or requests, and just evolves from there. I'm starting to get a little interest from local galleries, but slightly reluctant to show myself. I tend to hide behind our website, or a logo. Anyway, I hope everyone else is busy creating beautiful things. Kindest Regards, Nick.
  11. Thanks DW. Hope you're doing good.
  12. Thanks Roly. I tend to add different elements to my work - It keeps me thinking about new posibilities...that is unless the client asks for something in particular. I love it when they just say "Do whatever you thinks works well".
  13. Hi Marg. An absolute tragedy. Here is my offering. Kindest Regards, Nick.
  14. Hey everyone. I hope you're all keeping well. Just thought I'd share a couple of my new commissions. The work never seems to stop...unlike my heart, on a few occasions during these two. Before mounting, some parts actually 'Wobbled' when blown, and some areas of the wood are virtually transparent. I breathed a slight sigh of relief when they were set in place! Anyway, thanks for looking, Kindest Regards, Nick.
  15. Lovely...I don't need the pattern thought - I've cut a few of those before. LOL
  16. Nice work, Gator. It's a bit too nerve-racking for me. Stick with it - it's clear from your early work that your a natural.
  17. ReversE (tooth blade)
  18. In my thoughts, Marg.
  19. Yeah, an absolute inspiration to all. I'm actually one of a limited number of Jains, here in the UK - Maharishi the example all should be at least exposed to, before chosing how to lead a life. Transcendental Meditation could change the world if enough people were willing to listen. As for the Beatles, yeah...there's something very likeable about them, and I suppose there always will be, but for me...Donovan is the one. Peace be with you.
  20. RelaxinG...come on, admit it - all of you.
  21. Hi Mehendra...I kinda thought you'd comment on this thread - you are so right, some incense is absolutely exquisite. It's a regular thing in our life - it helps to slow things down a little and give a reality check. I can't help but miss Maharishi Mahesh on beautiful days like this. I hope everything is good in India for you, friend.
  22. Give it a try Doc...it'll do you the world of good.
  23. Great idea DW...only I'm not a puzzler. I'll be sure to keep the photo though - one day maybe, if I'm feelin' brave.
