  1. Great work. You’ve been busy for sure.
  2. Very nice. I’d love to try that in oak.
  3. Beautiful!
  4. Perfect. He has some excellent music. To bad he had to pass away.
  5. I can resize a pattern on my printer, I use rapidresizer.com too. It's about $30-40 for a year. It's worth it.
  6. At some time Black and Decker bought them out ? Maybe it is the other way around. I'm not sure when it happened.
  7. I was buying it from a major retailer. It got thinner and thinner in recent time. It peeled off like paper. I found it at my local lumber yard, it cost a little more but is much better.
  8. Great work on each one, stay safe throughout the holiday's.
  9. Both look great, personally I would use brown.

    Urn

Thanks. I just got some oak and cherry from a family friend, I'm going to give it a try.

    Urn

How do you know how big to make an urn. Dad wants me to make him one and he weighs about 200 lbs. I weigh 155. How big would it have to be? Is the bottom supposed to be removable in order to put the ashes in it? I have seen some made out of stone and the inside was pretty small. I want to find some ideas to make one and adding an Irish symbol to the top, maybe a shamrock for dad. I appreciate the help you all give.
  12. VERY NICE!
  13. Thanks everyone
  14. I've had this pattern for a long time and finally finished it. I just thought it was funny. Hope you like it. The original pattern was done by Mike Fehring.
  15. Nice work!
  16. Great job.
  17. I’ll look in to those next time I need blades. Thanks.
  18. Anyone else ever use your hammer to flatten the ends of a spiral blade a little more so it was easier to get in the clamps? I never thought of it before. It works fine so far and hasn't weakened the metal. Time will tell.
  19. I'm not sure you were asking me but I forgot to add, if I don't have enough clamps I use landscaping bricks sitting on another piece of wood on top to hold it down.
  20. Very nice!
  21. I've done that with Birch too, I used gorilla glue. It worked fine.
  22. Beautiful work!
  23. Those are nice. I really like the first one.
  24. Ever try using Teflon tape?
