POW/American Eagle in fretwork pattern form

When I first laid eyes on Clayton's POW/American Eagle intarsia project I just needed to do something like it because it is off the carts awesome. The only thing that was in the way of me trying something like that was I didn't know how or have the skill set at this moment.

 

Thumbing through the scroll saw world I ran across the POW/American Eagle in a fretwork pattern form at the Wooden Teddy Bear. I purchase it and here is my end result.
