I thought doing this picture might help me get over it. I enjoyed making it, I still do not like snakes! This is a Charles Dearing pattern, 1/8" Baltic Birch. 9 1/2" x 12" used 3/0 FD spiral blades. Have you figured out why the 3/0 spiral kept breaking on you? Will I found that loading the bottom end first when replacing the blade, helped quite a bit. That was a suggestion from Kevin I think. I also have ordered a new bottom clamp to put on. I noticed that my threads on the bottom clamp are getting munched some and I had to use pliers once to loosen the screw. I'm going to replace it and the screw, put some anti-sieze on the new one. I'm hoping that will take care of the problem. Edited December 8, 2014 by Scrappile Quote
