This is a pattern that was in SSW&C magazine last year.  It is a Charles Dearing pattern.  I used 1/8" oak ply, stacked 2 high.  Used FD spiral 3/0 and 2/0 blades.  There was some warping in the ply that made cutting interesting, but once it is framed its not a problem.  Finished with the usual mix of BLO and Mineral Spirits.  Framed in 11X14"  The copier cut off some of the detail on the left side of the pattern, but I think it looks OK.

Jim, you think it looks OK, well, I think it looks spectacular. What an amazing cut, you must have nerves of steel. Thanks for sharing this masterpiece with us.
