The patterns are for 2" wheels but all I currently have are 3/4" wheels. So I reduced the pattern and cut this. It's ash and walnut. I have 2" wheels on the way. You know you are definitely talented enough to scroll some 2" wheels but, don't you have a set of hole saws? These sets are reasonably priced http://www.harborfreight.com/catalogsearch/result?q=hole+saw and the pilot hole is just right for 1/4" dowels rod axels.
