I got my patterns from Winfield last week. This is one of the first vehicles I made.

The patterns are for 2" wheels but all I currently have are 3/4" wheels. So I reduced the pattern and cut this. It's ash and walnut. I have 2" wheels on the way. My grandson now has a small collection of wooden cars and trucks.

Very nice Dan. And a very lucky Grandson, he'll love the truck.

That is one fine looking truck Dan.......I believe Steve Good had a tuitorial

once on how to make these wheels using the drill with forstner bits...might be worth a search.

Nicely done Dan, I'd like to see it next to a coin so that I could tell what size it is. What size is it now, and what size was it in the original patterns?
