I finally finished the bank for my grandsons.  The pattern was by Birchbank and then slightly modified.

 

For those who didn't see the original post, my Grandsons are saving to buy a goat with Feed the Children's Fund.  ​Part of their allowance and part of any gifts get saved and then next Christmas they will donate the money for a goat. Papa is on the hook to match their donation.

Ha!  Came out great!  The modifications you made were perfect, much nicer.  I like the way you handled the center portion.  Very nice.  I didn't think of that.

Cute bank Don, and it's a very nice thing your grandsons are saving their money for. Do you have a pay-pal acct, if you do, I wouldn't mind donating a few dollars for the cause? P M me if your interested.
