Coffee Pot Died

Started my day off with my coffee pot taking a crap after brewing about 2oz. of coffee at 5am......a new Mr coffee will be needed......hope 2022 is better

Bought hubby a Hamilton Beach Trio Brewmaster.  You can make a pot of coffee, a single cup plus you can use the pods.  He love it.  Pricey but that's ok, he really really loves it.  I put a tea bag in the pod holder and it makes a great cupa

Must be that time of year, our Mr.Coffee bit the dust also two days ago. Ordered a new Hamilton beach yesterday after some research,  looking forward to the new Brew and new year.

My coffee pot (it takes the pods) has started acting iffy. I ordered a bought a new one.  Mainly use it for hot water now. When the old one dies, we will not be without.

Amen to that, NOBODY wants to be around me without my coffee, LOL! We go as far as to have a spare Mr Cocffee in the storage room just for these emergencies, That saved our bacon this go round! I call it "My Running Spare"!

mine also.   Keuric we had it 6 years with no failures.  New one shouuld arrive today.   But I had to lean it over to get something that was loose to move. So the hot water would come out.   For the last couple iffy weeks you could hear something rattling around when pumps starts.

Timely post, I was just thinking that my coffee pot was 10 years old and I should order one to have on hand for when it breaks.  Your post convinced me. I will order a new Bunn home coffee maker today.

Just throwing in my two cents.  I have never had a Mr. Coffee last more than a year, but surprisingly, I have a B&D that has lasted well over 10-years, and going string.  I have a second coffee pot I use for those desiring decaf.  Bout another Mr. Coffee.  less than a year later, it's dead.  Went out and purchased a second B&D.  Less than a year now, but works quite well for me.   Just thought I'd offer a small suggestion.

I don't care for K-cup coffee.  Auto-drip or Percolated for me.

I agree Dan, I have never liked the taste of the K cup coffee for some reason, Give me the Drip type.

My coffee pot at work is stuck in the "on" position. So I have to unplug it when I'm done using it for the day, then plug it back in to make coffee the next morning.

Just a side note on this subject.  Yes Drip Coffee does taste Better,

but I gave the Instant a go and decided it was Good.  Yes and I do use

Cream n Sugar, so Old Timers would say different.  And I just love my

Tea Kettle.  Fill it up and wait for the Whistle.  Anyhow....  Danny  :+}

I keep a french press for emergencies without electricity! I can boil water on my gas grill.

I keep the camp stove and the camp Mr Coffee set up on the back porch for emergencies. YOU DON'T WANT TO BE AROUND MY WIFE WITHOUT COFFEE!!!!

Coffee is very important in our household.  Attached pics are scrollsaw projects hanging in our kitchen.  We use a Hamilton Beach Brew Station for drip brew coffee and we have a Keurig style machine for the occasional cup.  Santa was very generous this year and brought us a Nespresso Vertuo machine for Christmas.  Now we can have an expresso or coffee Americana for a special treat.
