This isn't a full pattern request but help in modifying a pattern.  I have tried, very unsuccessfully, to figure out how to change the wording on a Steve Good pattern.  I have watched the videos a number of times and just don't get it.  Could someone please change the words "BE MINE" to "GO BLUE".  Same font is fine.  This is the link to the pattern.  https://www.stevedgood.com/valengnome.pdf.  Thanks in advance for your help.

Barb, as far as I can tell (I used Libre Office draw for both) the scale is not the same. I used the tab at the bottom as the reference. In the .pdf the tab measures right at 1 inch, in the .png it measures at about 7/8 inch.

What program are you using to try to print?

Thanks.  A couple of questions now.  Will the other parts fit?  And when I save it, then open it to print there is a grey & white checker board background.  How do I clear that?

Barb, just cut out the wording and using your printer app, size the wording to fit the existing sign.

I was trying to change the words in Inkscape but couldn't figure out how to delete what Steve Good had done.  I vaguely remember seeing one of his posts showing how to change/amend his patterns.  I have looked at a couple of his videos but couldn't seem to figure it out.

Well,  this didn't go so well.  I did reduce it to 75%.  Stack cut 2, 1/8" bb ply.  As I was cutting the B it went flying.  Thought I would finish it anyway and test the colours. I used Unicorn Spit but I think the next ones I will use acrylic paint instead.   Next ones I cut I will use the full size pattern that Don did for me  and cut it from 1/4" instead.  There is no finish on this and the glue job is sloppy.  It became a sample instead.
