To me, both are nice. I'd be hard pressed to choose one over the other. Exceptional cutting also!

They are both visually attractive.  But I like the black one.   Red does not seem quite appropriate for the theme.

I do think the red stands out more but I feel the black one is more classic and simple, since the cut is really lacy, the black makes it more sophisticated...Kind of like the little black dress.
