Popular Post Jim McDonald Posted July 31, 2023 Popular Post Report Posted July 31, 2023 (edited) Went to the Indiana State Fair Sunday and in the Pioneer Village, there is a carpenter shop with man powered tools. Outside, they were running steam tractors with belts driving a 24" circular saw mill and another running a smaller "chop" saw. In the exhibit was a treadle scroll saw (to accompany the foot powered lathe). The lighting fairly sucked, so the may not be the best pictures of the scroll saw. In no particular order is a picture of the entire saw, the blade holder and a flywheel under the wooden table. preprius Posted July 31, 2023 Report Posted July 31, 2023 It is an interesting blade. It looks like a crown tooth or similar. It would be hard to remove and replace. Oh that foot switch looks non-electrical. Me. Mark Eason Quote
