This months scroll saw club challenge was useful.  I wanted to make something new. I have phone stands, iPad stands, oven pulls, boxes and baskets….

i wanted a new clock! The clock stands 19” tall and is a Steve Good design 
 

The clock was made with 1/4” walnut and I finished the body of the clock with Walnut tinted Danish oil, the scrolled embellishments were dipped in natural Danish oil.  I know it’s not perfect, I am still happy with it. I don’t usually do this type of thing!

Beautifully done Roberta.  I was a navigator when I was in the service.  A clock was a very important part of my equipment.  I liked clocks growing up.  Every spring my dad would buy me a new pocket watch.  I have about 25 in my possesion right now.  At least one in every room, some have more than one.  Only place I don't have one is in my work shop.

Mostly in the rooms.  Used to wear a different pocket each day.
