Just some puttering

While trying to figure out what next big intarsia project I want to do I have been puttering around in the shop.  I do have some sales coming up so this is for those.  The "t" puzzles and nativity items are from wood provided by a friend.  They are his cast offs.  The angel is a Kathy Wise pattern and I shrank it.  It is about 4" tall.

Not enough.  But not because of scrolling!!!  I generally spend a couple of hours a day in the shop.

I have cut a bunch of those manger scenes in both 1/8" and 1/4" (3 - 6 mm) and they are fun to do--except when you put your finger in the wrong place and the super glue wins.

The small ones, I have put an eye hook in them as an ornament.

I have done the small ones as well.  Also put eye hook in them.  Thought I would try the mid-sized one.

It is a Steve Good pattern. Three sizes for 1/8, 1/4 and 1/2" stock. Never tried the big one.

Very nice! Puttering eh?  I’m thinking yours and mine definition of puttering is 180 degrees apart. Big big smile. 
when I putter around I’m usually playing with things that I find on my workbench.
