nrscroller Posted August 1 Author Posted August 1 i glued them together and clamped for a while and then I ran the edges around on my 1x42 strip sander so the lined up all around and then I sanded the edges with a nail file litley Quote
dgman Posted August 1 Posted August 1 Nice job on that! What i do with those is cut out the inside cuts first. Then, i glue the overlay onto the backer board. Then when dry, i cut out the outer line. That way the overlay and backer will always be even without having to sand! wombatie 1 Quote
