  5. +1Doc one word of advice talk to the folks on the other side of the table. Just talk to them. If they ask how in the world you made something - tell them. You will be surprised to find out that the majority of the time if you have a good assortment that it will sell themselves practically. Be friendly and above all have fun. They will pass by if they perceive that the person behind the table is unfriendly. DW
  6. Dan The box is 5 3/4 high x 6 wide x 4 7/8 deep.
  7. Made from a plywood called ApplePly that was gotten from my local Lowes. This ply has a very good maple face and birch plys. As you can see there are very few if any voids. This is the US's answer to Baltic Birch Ply. DW

  16. The pattern came from a Patrick Spielman and James Reidle pattern book called Classic Fretwork Scroll Saw Patterns - the one I used was on page 64 DW

  18. Pattern from Steve Good. I used 1/4 inch maple ply and then stained the top layer with water based walnut stain and the backing with water based golden maple. Finished with shellac. DW

  20. Cut from 1/4 aromatic cedar closet siding ( reclaimed ) sealed with tung oil and top coated with satin lacquer. DW

  22. Cut from 1/2 inch Black Walnut and finished with satin lacquer DW
  23. Pattern by Steve Good. light blue tissue is sandwiched between 2 1/4 thick sections. The wood is poplar stained with water based stains - Oak and Red Mahogany. Finished with Shellac. DW
  24. It was cut out from a 2 inch wide sheet of 1/4 bb ply. DW
  25. A slightly modified pattern from Steve Good. Wood used 3/4 BB, 1/8 BB, Poplar and Cherry. Finished with satin tung oil. DW
