  6. Thanks Sue. I used a pegasus puzzle blade, and no there is no finish on it. The card had that plastic look to it, so I just glue it to the plywood.
  7. I finally got the courage up to try a puzzle. The pattern is from Steve Good. This is a standard sized playing card with 35 pieces. The card was glued to 1/4" plywood. It took me about 45 minutes to cut it.
  8. I just finished these boxes for my kids for Christmas. The two hearts are made from Aramatic red cedar, with poplar trim and the triangle is made from oak with walnut trim. These will hold the money I usually give them for Christmas instead oof just opening an envelope, plus the gifts my wife buys for them. Its easier for me to do this because I hate shopping.

  19. Here is my latest project, called fallen hero. It's about 24" tall. the woods used were - wormy maple, poplar, walnut, oak, and beech. The laces are real. I believe I will keep this one for myself.

  22. Thanks Travis, I agree 100%. I'm thankful for having my family around me, as well as being apart of this scrolling family. Its nice to have so many friends willing to help and share things with you, especially since most of us don't really know each other except by screen name.
