  1. Ok I decided to go with the first puzzle I cut which is in my gallery. The king of clubs. The reason is its smaller and was more of a challenge than the puzzle I just finished. So here is my entry. It has 35 pieces and is a standard size playing card.
  2. excellent cutting, thanks for sharing
  3. I have always been into woodworking, but after my brother in law let me use his scroll saw some 17+ years ago I became addicted. Now thats what I spend a lot of my free time doing. I make a little extra spending money, and truthfully it relaxing to just go out and scroll something. when I retire someday(20 years) I will have this addiction(hobby) to fall back on.
  4. I was hoping to be there but I spent the now behind the wheel of a snow plow. It was great for overtime, but would of rather been home in my nice warm bed. Instead I spent the night clearing the roads.
  5. I have my saw mounted to my work bench with the back of the saw elevated. And I sit on a tall chair(adjustable) while scrolling. I used to stand when I first started scrolling, but don't know how I did it, to me sitting is much more comfortable.
  6. I don't think I could do the continuous cut puzzle. But watching it was pretty cool. I should have my puzzle done soon.

  14. excellent cuttings.
  15. I have the ryobi planer from Home Depot and for what I do it works great. I do not have a jointer. The planer I have does not get used daily, I use it when I have boards that need to be planed thinner for my intarsia or other projects. But when I do plane down its not just one board its several. So far the planer has not let me down. I make small passes so it takes a while to plane a board down. In my opinion if you are going to use it accasionally buy the Ryobi, but if you have the extra money an/or are going to use it a lot get the dewalt or comparable brand.
  16. awesome job Barry, I'm sure whoever recieved them loved them.
