  7. Larry I believe he is referring to the real small drill bits used to hide the entry hole, and the pin vise "chuck" that holds them in his drill press. instead he used his variable speed dremel in a plunge base to drill the holes

  15. congrats. I really like mine. before you start cutting make sure the table is square with the blade. my guage on the bottom that stops it at 90 degrees was off a little. Other than that I was cutting right after I had it together.

  20. I buy my frames now. I used to make my own but I can't make them for what I can buy them for. I leave the glass in now too. I use 1/8" BB, for the backer I use matting board,(heavy weight poster board)
